Hey 👋🏻 I’m Holea. (pronounced Holly… I knew you were wondering).

I have been lifting for 18 years and personal training for the past 12 of those. I’ve always thought of myself as strong but it wasn’t until I had my first baby that I realized it was brute strength. Strong arms. Strong legs. And a midsection that lived on another planet. This combination led to me feeling super locked down instead of better in my body.

As I learned firsthand from my first postpartum experience how traditional strength training practices left a major gap for women…

FAQs

  • This membership places a major emphasis on form and technique instead of just going through the motions to get a sweat. You have direct access to me every week to answer your questions and review videos of your movements for personalized feedback. Tell me what other fitness membership does that… I’ll wait. Not only will you get a great workout, you will be improving the quality of your life by training movements, not just muscles.

  • For months 1-3 you will be using single weights (such as a single KB or DB) so having a variety of those available will be helpful. Other equipment needed 1-2 yoga blocks, wall space, bands, and heel wedges. Months 4 and beyond we will be using pairs of weights and digging into kettlebell-specific movements so around month 3 is a good time to invest in more kettlebells if needed.

  • I ask for an initial 3-month commitment to give the membership enough time to know that it’s a good fit for you. From there you can go month to month if you love it (which you will!), discounted longer-term commitments are available.

  • It absolutely can be! I offer 1:1 consults to members only and this can be a great time to go over those injuries and I can provide modifications for you for movements for the current training phase.   • YES!!!!! Working with new lifters is my absolute favorite and the way that the programming is designed it’s very beginner-friendly. We start the first 3 months building a foundation and getting REALLY good at the basics before progressing to more technical movements. Using the form feedback feature will be how you get the best bang for your buck in this membership without having to pay the rates of in-person personal training or 1:1 coaching.

  • I strive to make the workouts to be around 40 minutes. Week 1 of the month may take a bit longer just because you are learning new to you movements. They can be shortened of course by following my order of prioritization guide in the membership.
