1. Product and Service Fulfillment

Depending on the type of product or service you purchase, fulfillment will occur as follows:

Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, courses, memberships):

  • Delivery is typically instant or within 24 hours after purchase.

  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your digital product or membership portal.

  • If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, please contact us at hello@holeacharles.com.

Services (e.g., coaching, classes, subscriptions):

  • Service start dates and access details are provided via email after purchase.

  • For recurring services or memberships, access is continuous unless canceled.

  • Coaching or training sessions are scheduled based on availability and client preferences.

2. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is completed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

3. Changes and Cancellations

  • For subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing cycle.
