An Individualized Training Program designed based on your body’s needs and goals delivered via TrueCoach (a free app!).
In-Depth Exercise Tutorials of new-to-you movements for a deeper understanding before you practice.
Video Demos in your program are delivered via Everfit (a free app!) for quick reminders in your workout.
Video Form Feedback and Coaching are offered weekly right in the app for easy reference.
INVESTMENT: Online training ranges from $199-$299 per 4-week billing cycle with an initial 3-month commitment.

We don’t. The beauty of online coaching is that you get a plan to follow that you can do anytime, anywhere. When you do your workouts, you can take a video of your movements to upload within the app and I respond with video feedback! Individual zoom sessions can be purchased on an as-needed basis during our time working together.

Whatever you have available to you is what I work your program around. It could be kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, barbells, etc. There may be a few items I ask you to add to your home gym, such as yoga blocks and heel wedges.

This is for you if you’re ready to focus on strengthening your body but aren’t clear on exactly what to do or where to start. You’re also very interested in focusing on what your body is capable of - not just how it looks. Of course, body aesthetics may change along the way, but it’s not the driving force behind why you show up to strength train.
You feel confident that if you just had a plan to follow and a little bit of accountability, you’ll be well on your way with a movement habit.
