We lay the foundation by exploring your habits, mindset, and motivations—without judgment. You’ll slow down, get honest, and sort through the noise to find what’s actually worth your time and energy.

Together, we’ll create a flexible plan that supports the way you live. From rethinking routines to practicing new food skills like meal prep or stress-free grocery planning, we’ll find what feels supportive (not rigid) and build on it.

In this phase, you’ll start to:

This is 3 monthly payments that are set up as a recurring subscription. On the same date each month, $249 will be automatically withdrawn for the 3-month commitment.

With over 15 years of coaching experience—and my own journey to feeling confident around food—I know how frustrating it can be to feel defeated and unsure about how to eat.

My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you create habits you’re proud of, so you can feel more confident and at peace with your choices every day.

  • We begin with a 3-month (12-week) coaching commitment. It’s short enough to stay focused—and long enough to create results that stick.

    After your first 12 weeks, we’ll reassess based on your progress and goals. You’ll have the option to continue support through 3-,6-, or 12 month renewals to keep the momentum going.

    On a week-to-week basis, this program is designed to fit into your life. Any lessons that are given to you are at most 20 minutes and any worksheets are designed to take 30 minutes or less because I know you’re a busy woman! The amount of time you choose to spend per week for coaching, reflection, and implementing small, manageable changes is entirely up to you!

  • Perfection isn’t the goal here— in fact, getting it right the first time doesn’t actually allow you to learn about yourself. The real aim of the program is…progress! This coaching is built to support you through ups and downs, so you’ll always have tools and strategies to get back on track.
